overdue for repairs. It's worn. It's tired. And it deserves better.

We spent a couple of years hosting here before the opportunity to buy came along. When it did, it wasn't a hard decision. This place had already gotten into us.
Lava Lake is special. People have been coming here for generations and we don't take that lightly. Our goal is simple: improve what needs improving, and protect everything that makes this place worth coming back to.
The dock is where we start.

The Moorage

A full moorage system that gives guests and boat owners the access they've always deserved.
Phase 2 opens the moment Phase 1 is fully funded.
